ASPECTOS TEOLÓGICO-PASTORAIS DE IGREJA, MINISTÉRIO, LIDERANÇA E AUTORIDADE CRISTÃS NO NOVO TESTAMENTO COM ENFOQUE EM PAULO

Resumo

Já faz anos que muito se fala de líderes e liderança, de autoridade e ministério(s) na Igreja e muito se escreve a respeito. Apesar disto, liderança, ministério(s) e autoridade ou poder cristãos continuam sendo desafios, tanto no estudo acadêmico da Teologia quanto no exercício do ministério como tal na base das comunidades ou igrejas. Partindo de um olhar panorâmico, no presente artigo destacamos aspectos exegéticos e teológicos a partir do Novo Testamento com ponderações pastorais inerentes a esses assuntos, incentivando para uma reflexão consciente, flexível e mais equilibrada possível a respeito deles.

THEOLOGICAL-PASTORAL ISSUES OF CHURCH, MINISTRY, LEADERSHIP AND CHRISTIAN AUTHORITY IN THE NEW TESTAMENT WITH FOCUS ON PAUL

ABSTRACT: For years now much talked about leaders and leadership, authority and ministry(s) in the Church and much has been written about it. Nevertheless, christians leadership, ministry(s) and authority or power remain challenges, both in the academic study of theology and exercise of ministry in the basis of communities or churches. From a panoramic look, in this article we highlight exegetical and theological aspects from the New Testament with pastoral considerations inherent in these matters, encouraging for a conscious, flexible and balanced reflection possible about them.
