REINO DE DEUS: A BÍBLIA FALA SOBRE ISSO?

Resumo

O presente trabalho traz elementos reflexivos sobre o Reino de Deus, expressão corrente nos ambientes e tradições cristãs, e que a nível teológico apresenta diversos recursos interpretativos. A leitura integral das Escrituras, juntamente com a teologia bíblica e sistemática, é base das reflexões a seguir apresentadas, que estão organizadas em três sessões, além da introdução e das considerações finais. Na primeira parte, o Reino de Deus é apresentado como assunto central das Escrituras Sagradas, sendo diferente de todos os outros conhecidos entre os seres humanos pois este Reino manifesta-se sobrenaturalmente. Na segunda, as principais características do Reino de Deus e sua principal missão: proclamar sua chegada e consumação futura. Na terceira e última parte, são enunciadas as formas de manifestação desse reino a fim de inspirar uma vida cristã fundamentada na ação de Deus. Por fim, o presente texto busca uma maior compreensão sobre o Reino de Deus, presente e vindouro, central nos ensinamentos de Jesus Cristo.

The Kingdom of God: does the Bible talk about it?

Abstract: The present work brings reflective elements about the God’s Kingdom, the current expression in Christian environments and traditions, and which at the theological level presents several interpretive resources. The whole reading of the Scriptures, together with biblical and systematic theology, is the basis of the reflections presented below, which are organized into three sessions, in addition to the introduction and closing remarks. In the first part, the God’s Kingdom is presented as the central subject of the Holy Scriptures, being different from all others known among human beings because this Kingdom manifests itself supernaturally. In the second, the main characteristics of the God’s Kingdom and its main mission: to proclaim its arrival and future consummation. In the third and last part, the forms of manifestation of this kingdom are enunciated in order to inspire a Christian life based on the action of God. Finally, the present text seeks a greater understanding of the God’s Kingdom, present and to come, central to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
